Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 1–3 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all seals intact
    • Returns are accepted only for products that are expired, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
    • Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

B. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Opened dental materials (e.g., composites, bonding agents, etc.)

  2. Sterile or consumable items (e.g., needles, burs, implants)

  3. Customized, special, or pre-ordered products

  4. Devices / Machines

C. Refund Conditions
• Refunds are processed only if:

  • The return is approved

  • The item meets all return conditions
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer) within 5–10 working days after inspection.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to supplier error.

D. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, cancellation is no longer allowed.

E. Return Process
• Submit a return request with order details by contacting us at: online@althanayadubai.com
• Wait for approval
• Ship the item back as instructed
• Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection

F. Important Notes
• Due to health and hygiene regulations, dental and medical products have stricter policies than regular retail items.
• Customers are advised to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
