Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 1–3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in their original packaging
- Have all seals intact
Returns are only accepted for products that are expired, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened dental materials (e.g., composites, bonding agents)
- Sterile or consumable items (e.g., needles, burs, implants)
- Customized, special-order, or pre-ordered products
- Devices and machines
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The return request is approved
- The item meets all return eligibility conditions
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item supplied)
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request with your order details by email at online@althanayadubai.com
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back as per the provided instructions
- After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed
6. Important Notes
Due to health and hygiene regulations, dental and medical products are subject to stricter return policies.
Customers are strongly advised to review product details carefully before purchase.
