Dr. Choukroun’s Ocean™ PRF Processing Cassette is a dedicated chairside press box workstation designed for the controlled processing of A-PRF™ clots and S-PRF™ plasma. Engineered to standardize PRF preparation, it enables clinicians to efficiently produce A-PRF™ membranes, plugs, ponchos, and S-PRF™ sticky bone within a single organized system.

Beyond instrument storage, the PRF Ocean™ functions as a structured PRF processing platform. It supports PRF handling in both liquid form (S-PRF™) and solid clot form (A-PRF™), allowing precise manipulation, compression, and combination of autologous components during regenerative procedures.

The integrated layout allows secure positioning of PRF tubes, organized staging of surgical instruments, uniform compression of A-PRF™ clots into membranes, controlled formation of plugs and ponchos, and predictable mixing of S-PRF™ with particulate graft material to produce cohesive sticky bone. The result is a streamlined, reproducible workflow that enhances procedural efficiency and biologic control in implant and grafting cases.

2.- PRF Ocean™ Cassette Housing
Encases the processing tray, allows tubes to be stored during processing, and houses PRF instruments for sterilization.

2A. Integrated Tube Holders

Tube holders are built into the cassette body, eliminating the need for an external tube holder.

2B. Hand Instrument Storage Inserts

Silicon inserts are integrated into the cassette, which allows instruments such as graft packers or tweezers to be stored when not in use.

2C. Scissor Storing Clip

A scissor-holding clip is integrated into the lid of the cassette, which allows a scissor to be stored in the open position during sterilization.
